With so much exaggerated information placed into advertised ‘case studies’ and on company websites, we at Anubis actively encourage and challenge you to undertake research into our company as we have nothing to hide. However, we also ask that you equally research any or all of our competitors to have a clear picture of them also. So often poor training providers hide behind subjective phrases such as: ‘highly experienced trainers who are experts in their field’, or ‘top-notch facilities’, but fail to identify, qualify or prove their quality standards or expertise. During your research into the different security companies available you may like to seek answers to the following questions:
- What are your company’s quality standards?
- Who accredits your courses?
- Do you hold full company liability insurance?
- Exactly will who train me?
- What is their background and what training qualifications do they hold?
- What is your Directing Staff to Student ratio?
- What is the maximum number of students that would be allowed to attend any one training course?
- Do you hold public Seminars that I can attend to meet members of your actual training staff and ask them probing questions?
