The directors of the company are all extremely experienced security personnel from a cross-section of police and military backgrounds with current operational and training expertise. Uniquely they all possess a minimum Level 4 trainer certificate and other professional qualifications to deliver or manage all the Anubis security services. Below is a short profile of each director:

Stuart Anderson MSc - Managing Director
Since leaving the military Stuart has gained valuable experience within the private security industry specifically in the executive protection environment at an international level. He has trained individual security personnel and teams at corporate and diplomatic level around the world, as well as providing an operational commitment. Stuart is a graduate from Leicester University in ‘Security and Risk Management’.

Richard 'Ginge' Johnson CSC - Risk Management Director
Richard is from a military background, 13 years of which were spent within the UK Special Forces. He has vast experience of the security arena, running operations worldwide at Government and corporate levels. Richard is currently recognised as one of the world’s leading experts in the field of executive protection and high-level business security. His expertise is in high demand at Government, corporate, industrial and celebrity levels.

Geoffrey Padgham MVO FDa CSC – Training Director
Geoffrey is a former Metropolitan Police Inspector from New Scotland Yard, who has vast experience of close protection and security related activities. He spent 22 years working with the British Royal Family, and completed his police career as a senior manager and head of protection training at Buckingham Palace. In the private security industry Geoffrey’s unique protection skills prompted his membership of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Close Protection Consultation Group for Licensing and Qualifications. In March 2007 he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Skills for Security, the skills and standards setting body for the SIA and the UK security business sector. 

Trevor Easley FDa CSC CPP CMIOSH – Training Development Director
Trevor has extensive and varied operational security experience both in the UK and overseas. Also from a military background, Trevor has worked widely within the corporate environment since 1997. He has been employed in Corporate Risk Management and is the organisations lead on Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM). He has been involved in safety and security at a very senior level in industry sectors including: Oil & Gas, Defence, Maritime, Nuclear, Construction and Aviation.

Eric Gough – Business Development Director
Eric spent 10 years with UK Special Forces and joined Anubis following six years service at a senior management level with ArmorGroup Plc. His vast experience in Latin America managing security and risk management operations in the oil and gas, aviation and pharmaceutical industries was instrumental in securing several contracts in the Middle East to prestigious clients such as FCO, SOCA, HMRC and DIFID. Eric has also graduated from the University of Leicester in Criminology and is Chairman of the Skills for Security Close Protection Sector Consultation Group.
